Email fabrice.miras@eyeone.com with the subject "Delete my data". If you have an EyeOne account, send the email from the address on that account, so we can confirm the request is yours. Please include:

  • The email address of your EyeOne account, if you have one.
  • The display name you played EyeOne Chess under, and roughly when you played.
  • If you played on Facebook or Messenger, your Facebook name as it appeared in the game.
  • A clear statement that you want all your data deleted.

Remove EyeOne Chess from Facebook

If you play on Facebook or Messenger, you can also remove EyeOne Chess in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. This stops Meta from sharing your data with the game. To delete the game records we already hold, also send us the email above.

What we delete

When we act on your request, we delete:

  • Your EyeOne account and its profile details: name, email address, and any company, phone number or postal address you entered.
  • Your game scores.
  • Your EyeOne Chess records: the display name you played under and the games you played, including moves, clock settings, results and times.
  • Inquiries and job applications you sent us.

What we keep

We may keep some data where the law requires it or where it is outside our control. We do not use this data for our games or for any other purpose.
